We possess 8 advanced flocking assembly lines including 2 lines in 3m width as well as other tail process of neatening equipments, such as washing machine, drying machine, finalizing design machine, pattern grinder, extrusion pattern, press pattern machine, drop plastic machine, transfer stamp machine, round net printing.   This fabric, used for auto seat and sofa etc, needs higher anti-draw intensity, favorable nature of gas passing through freely and bearing friction. Width: 1.4-1.5m. Base specification: 3331，T/C16S*16S . In order to guarantee the quality of flocking products, we bought 50 knitting machines for manufacturing the base cloth of advanced flocking products. Floss specification: extinction nylon66, 1.8D*1.0-1.2MM.

  This fabric, tallying with require of environment protection, has good feeling sense, overhanging nature, washing proof and dye ability. Base: all kinds of woven and knitting fabric, compounded sponge etc. Floss: nylon, rayon or bamboo fiber.
