  3. Adapting different base according to the product different use. We produce our fabric strictly according to Textile Industry Standard of PRC FZ/T64011-2001-Static Flocking Fabric including the base, adhesive and floss. If customer have special requirement, we produce their goods in term of special agreement.

  4. In order to efficiently control and promote product quality, we buy the newest and automatic flocking equipment. At the same time, we buy different kinds of testing instrument: floss rising, separating and blowup apparatus, standard lamp-house, dry and wet rubbing apparatus, analysis scale, reflective cloth mirror, washing and drying machine, oven, static testing machine and micro-static occurring apparatus etc for testing the material quality and character.

  5. We have professional testing engineers to inspect all finished products and provide testing report to avoid sending inferior products to customer.
